Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts while ensuring compliance with real estate laws.
Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Organize property showings, open houses, and client meetings to facilitate the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and market analysis.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements
Valid real estate license in the state of operation.
Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and real estate law is preferred.
Ability to effectively negotiate on behalf of clients while maintaining professionalism.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
