About the Role | Lease at Waterford Bay Apartments
StylesPM is hiring a high‑performing, on‑site Leasing Agent to drive occupancies across our community. You’ll work a steady stream of warm leads, run a disciplined follow‑up cadence, and partner tightly with on‑site teams to convert tours into signed leases. What You’ll Do
Own the full leasing cycle: needs assessment, tours (in‑person/virtual), applications, qualification, and close.
Work warm lead pipelines with urgency and precision; respond fast, triage, and schedule tours.
Run strict follow‑up (call, text, email) using a defined cadence until a clear outcome is reached.
Partner as a team player with property managers, maintenance, and marketing to hit occupancy goals.
Maintain CRM/PM software hygiene: log activities, update statuses, and forecast pipeline accurately.
Market competitively: know comps, pricing, concessions, floor plans, and availability; adjust messaging in real time.
Protect compliance: adhere to Fair Housing, local landlord‑tenant laws, screening criteria, and company policies.
Represent the brand: deliver exceptional tour experiences, manage online reputation, and support resident retention/renewals.
Availability: some evenings/weekends and periodic coverage between communities as needed.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
<15 min average time‑to‑first‑contact on new warm leads (business hours).
Tour‑to‑lease conversion at or above market benchmark across assigned communities.
Accurate pipeline forecasting and 100% activity capture in CRM/PM systems.
Positive team feedback and demonstrated reliability

What You Bring
Required
Proven sales track record in leasing or high‑velocity inside sales with measurable results.
Experience with property management companies and on‑site operations.
Strong follow‑up discipline; you thrive on structure, goals, and accountability.
Customer‑first communication skills (phone, text, email, in‑person).
Working knowledge of Fair Housing and local housing regulations.
Proficiency with Yardi CRM/PM software
Preferred
Bilingual abilities.
Experience conducting virtual tours and using calendar/auto‑text tools.
