Our Property Management Division helps investment property owners by taking the stress out of ownership—from tenant screening and rent collection to maintenance and online reporting tools.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the primary liaison for tenants, property owners, and vendors
Manage lease processes: tenant screening, renewals, move-ins/outs
Coordinate maintenance and repair requests promptly
Conduct routine inspections to uphold property excellence
Utilize online tools to deliver transparent activity reports to property owners
Support leasing efforts, property showings, and marketing initiatives
Oversee the sales process and provide an exceptional tour experience for prospective residents
Proactively follow up with current and prospective renters, utilizing and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management database
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and current residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up
Who We Are Looking For
Possess 2+ years of experience in property management (residential/investment focus preferred)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
Proficiency in PropertyWare or similar property management software is required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired
Superior verbal and listening skills
Regular attendance, punctuality and dependability required
Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation required (properties across Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Hollywood)
