We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Village at Delray, a 145unit apartment community in Delray Beach, FL.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor would be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for apartment turns
General appearance and maintenance of the property
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium Qualifications:
3years of previous maintenance experience
Basic painting, electrical, and plumbing experience
HVAC and EPA experience
CPO Certified necessary
Boilers Experience
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to work on-call required
Must provide your own basic tools
Valid driver’s license and insurance required
