I’m looking for a local Property Listing Partner for our winning wholesale real estate division: Quick Turn Properties.
Our company has been helping real estate investors build wealth by providing them with Off-Market real estate opportunities AKA Wholesale deals for a decade now.
Simply put, we buy & sell discount properties in South Florida, with a long track record of success and we’re expanding to bring even more value to our market.
As our new Property Listing Partner you will be in charge of listing a portion of our deals on our local MLS, opening up our buyer pool to cash, creative and conventional term buyers. In turn, our team will provide you with a steady flow of properties for your to list on the MLS

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: (Training provided)
List Properties on the MLS
Respond to buyer inquiries
Prescreen and qualify buyers
Follow up with buyers effectively and consistently
Coordinate property showings
Negotiate with buyers
Track and update our database with buyer inquiries
Fill out and prepare pre-filled contracts.
Foster and maintain existing buyer relationships.
Prioritize property marketing systems to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Detail oriented

Excellent communication skills
A team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Strong negotiation skills
Focused and competitive
Great with time management
Go getter
Willing to be challenged
Works well under pressure
Very comfortable using a computer and navigating software
Flexible with work hours (able to work evenings and some weekends, if needed)
Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus.
Compensation:
This role has a base + bonuses, you can expect to make up to $10,000+ per month depending on your performance and/or company deal flow.
