WHO WE ARE:
We are an online retailer. We have about 80000 boat engine parts, engines, jetski, snowmobile, ATV, UTV, and boat parts listed online.
We buy engines from dealers or clients, inspect them, fix, paint, new decals and go for sale.
CURRENTLY WE ARE NOT DOING LABOUR OR REPAIRS ON CLIENT ENGINES OR BOATS.
JOB DUTIES:
Disassemble engines that are to be part out.
Drive with the trailer to buy engines from dealers.
Test and inspect engines and fix them
Assist in the sale or testing engines.
Install engine in boat or pack engines when shipping them.
At the shop disassemble (or repair) old lower units or powerheads for parts. We rarely repair. Usually goes for parts.
OTHER JOB DUTIES:
Service or do jobs to boat or engines of clients if we want to accept work from clients
Remove parts from shop that are sellable. Clean the shop and keep tools organized
COMPENSATION:
About $20 per hour depending on experience.
20% commission over profits on buying and selling engines and labour or jobs that we do for clients. Estimated at over $2000 per month
WORK AND WORK PLACE:
- This is a full time job.
- We work Monday to Friday between 8:30 to 5:00. (1/2 hour lunch break)
- We are flexible in schedule, if you need to leave early or take a time off, but cannot be do that every day, unless notified at the time of enrollment.
- We are located in Hollywood 33023, close to 441 and Hollywood Blvd.
PAYMENT CONTRACT AND BENEFITS:
- Payment: bi-weekly, W-2 or payroll.
- We offer workers compensation.
- We do NOT offer other benefits such as vacation, sick days, or paid holidays.
- We offer some flexibility on schedule if it meets our goals
WORK AUTHORIZATION:
You must be authorized to work in the USA for any employer.
NON COMPETITIVE CONTRACTS
You will sign a NON competitive and NON disclosure agreement so you do not copy our business ideas.
We prefer you to live closer than 25 miles radius of 33023.
