We're a tight group of technology masters that are expanding and in need of full time Technicians for on-site & remote IT support work in the Greater Miami area;more precisely, technicians experienced in Windows PC & network support for our business clients with 25 to 200 users.

Key skills needed:
At least 2yrs actual tech work experience, since these are not entry-level learning positions
Basic Certifications: A+ is a preferred minimum. Others, like M365, basic Server Admin, Network+, are a big plus.
Know the desktop support side in your sleep- O/S reinstalls, removing malware, troubleshooting apps, handling files etc.
Understand the core fundamentals of how things work, and able to apply that so you can come up with brilliant solutions to uncommon problems without having to use Google every time (sometimes Google is the key though)
Great English is required, Spanish (bilingual) is desired.
Ability tocommunicate preciselyand Punctuality are essential. You'll also need your own reliable transportation, pass a background check & drug screening, and be eligible to work here, since we stick to the well-behaved Pros. In return, you'll have a blast working with a team of friendly guys/gals just as sharp as you, and clients that genuinely appreciate your magic.
