Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts and order information
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department
- Transcribe customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams for further action
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service
Skills:
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping
