We're Hiring: Sales Project Coordinator
Location: Coral Springs, FL | Hours: Mon–Thu 8–5, Fri 7–4
Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission- 1st Years OTE $75,000 (uncapped)| PTO, Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Simple IRA (After qualifying period)

Privacy Glass Solutions (PGS) is an Award Winning, Innovative , respected company —and we’re looking for a Sales Project Coordinator to help us continue taking it to the next level.
This is a Inside sales role focused on telephone-based outreach to architects, general contractors, and glazing companies nationwide, with some potential travel to present Lunch and Learns to Architects and Contractors.
Your mission?
Get PGS specified in commercial and residential projects
Build relationships, uncover opportunities, and drive growth
Be the spark that moves projects from "maybe" to "yes"
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls daily to build new relationships with industry professionals
Present PGS products clearly, confidently, and passionately
Use our internal databases, lead generation tools, and incoming inquiries to find projects and decision-makers
Secure specifications or earn a shot as a second bidder when we’re not in the plans
Track quotes, follow up diligently, and close the loop on every opportunity
Keep detailed, accurate notes and project info in our CRM and tracking tools
Collaborate with our tight-knit team and always be learning and growing
