We are seeking motivated, competitive, and money-driven Sales Representatives to join our MCA sales team. As a rep, you’ll be responsible for connecting with small business owners, presenting funding solutions, and managing your book of business. This is a high-earning potential role for someone with strong sales skills and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls, send texts/emails, and follow up with small business owners.
Qualify leads by gathering business information (monthly revenue, time in business, credit profile, etc.).
Present and explain MCA and funding options tailored to the client’s needs.
Build and maintain client relationships for renewals and potential clients.
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Previous experience in MCA sales, business funding, collections, or call center sales is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound calling/texting environment.
Self-motivated, hungry for success, and coachable.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
