The Role: Outside Sales Representative
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving new business and cultivating strong, long-term customer relationships within your assigned territory.
What You'll Do:
Generate New Business: Identify, prospect, and cold-call potential B2B clients across Miami-Dade and Broward Only.
Consultative Selling: Conduct on-site evaluations to understand customer needs and present customized solutions using our full range of janitorial supplies, equipment, and paper products.
Manage the Sales Cycle: Prepare professional proposals, negotiate pricing, and close new business contracts.
Account Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts by ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand product usage.
Meet & Exceed Goals: Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity targets.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Sales Acumen: 2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience, preferably in janitorial supplies, facility services, distribution, or a related industry.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment (e.g., dish washers, glass washers), and paper/disposal products is a strong plus.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a major asset for the South Florida market.
Self-Motivated & Organized: Disciplined approach to territory management, pipeline maintenance, and time management. Experience with small business financials helps.
Local Knowledge: Existing professional network or familiarity with the Miami-Dade/Broward business landscape is a benefit.
Requirements: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel within the assigned counties daily.
