1. Drive a 16' box truck
2. Bonus if able to pull a 12' trailer
3. Demolition and clean up
4. Bonus if any skills with Finish carpentry - Trim, hang door, cabinets
5. Bonus: Drywall hang and finish
6. Bonus: Painting
7. General Handyman tasks
Must have reliable transportation and a clean drivers license. The license will be checked before hire.
