Helping coordinate maintenance staff and ensuring materials and parts are sourced and delivered as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up with maintenance workers and contractors.
Purchase, pick up, and deliver necessary parts and materials.
Assist with general property maintenance operations.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
Knowledge of general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to travel between properties as needed.
