- Valid license with general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
- A capable team ready to handle various painting projects.
- Proven experience with minimal supervision.
- Team players with strong communication skills.
- Commitment to a smoke-free, drug-free, and alcohol-free work environment.
- Ability to demonstrate multiple successful projects.
- Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are welcome, but English proficiency is required.
Compensation:
- Payment at the end of each project, based on its size.
- Projects exceeding one week will have compensation split into two transactions.
