Painting Subcontractors Wanted:
Growing company switching to advertising only, seeks professional painting companies to partner with in Palm Beach County, mostly Boynton Beach & Lake Worth Beach East of 95.
We do all the advertising and customer acquisition (advertising) & you (Painting Company) paint.
No more picking-colors-with-the-clients, the billing, the headaches, the scheduling, the customer complaints, the constant “No’s”, all the stuff you hate, we love. You paint & only paint.
We are in search of 5 companies ONLY to work with who can handle jobs large & small. Why pay for advertising…when you can work with us and GET PAID TO PAINT.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Customer calls our office and we schedule a quote.
2. We personally go out and provide the most wonderful customer experience possible, including color picking; extracting a time frame and estimated time job will take.
3. Customer accepts the quote, signs our Exclusive Contract, & we collect a 50% deposit (Your money), but we don’t schedule the job yet.
4. We reach out to 5 of our Painting Company Partners with a text with the following info:
-Crossroads of the job (You don’t get the exact address until later)
-Measurements
-Pictures of the home and job + video, if required
-Job timeframe (When it needs to be done by)
-The entire quote including Labor & Hours & Materials
5. At this stage, you tell US when you can do the job (as long as it's within the Customers Timeframe).
6. If you are the company that accepts, you get the additional required info to get the job done 24 hours before the job starts, this way you can order all the paint & supplies from your preferred vendor & have it delivered.
7. The day of the job, we all meet the customer. Sometimes, this is the first time some of you meet us, as we already have a relationship with the customer. We are not here to watch you or manage you or judge you. We are here because it is how we represent our business; the right candidate will understand what that means. We will leave shortly after the customer is comfortable & you have a good lay of the land; usually 15 mins until everyone is comfortable.
8. On the last day of the job, we (The Customer & I) do a final walkthrough. It is your choice to be there or not, I prefer that you are.
9. Once the customer is 100% satisfied, I will get the other 50%.
10. PAID. The day the job ends, we have a check waiting for you. We BOTH get paid the same day.

REQUIRED:
- License & Insured (Will verify)
- No call no show policy strictly enforced
- Bilingual or English (Yo hablas Espanol, perro, un picato.)
- Answer the phone or text to communicate quickly, speed is a priority
- 2 Referrals of 2 Painters who work for you
- Minimum 4 guys working under you; 5 total
- Wear Sherwin Williams or Like shirts when painting
- Unmarked vans or magnets that can be removed
- We dress and act as professionals, you should be the same
- Sign Non-Compete, AKA, please don’t try to steal our clients and take business away from us (For individual addresses of jobs you accept.)
- You supply the paint, equipment, & labor
