We’re looking for a Lead Tile Installer who lives for the craft — someone who understands the art of mud work, values precision layouts, and takes pride in straight walls, level floors, and flawless finishes. This position is ideal for a professional who respects traditional methods but embraces modern building science.

You’ll work directly alongside our owner — a hands-on contractor who leads from the front, mentors the crew, and upholds the craftsmanship standards that built WeDoBathroomsLLC’s five-star reputation. You’ll be part of a professional, tight-knit team where skill, pride, and precision are everything.
We provide everything you need to succeed — from a fully equipped work truck and premium tools to organized jobsite systems and material logistics.
Requirements
5+ years professional tile installation experience
Mastery in mud floating, wall plumbing, and traditional shower pan builds
Deep understanding of layout, symmetry, and finish precision
Proficient with porcelain, marble, stone, and large-format tile
Knowledge of modern waterproofing systems (HydroBan, Durock, etc.)
Professional appearance and a positive, team-first attitude
What You’ll Do
Execute full shower builds and tile installations with precision
Float and plumb walls to perfection — traditional craftsmanship meets modern technique
Lead helpers, uphold company standards, and maintain jobsite professionalism
