We are a Family Owned General Contractor with over 40 years in the business.
We handle Commercial and Residential properties, New Homes and Renovations.
We are looking for a HANDS ON SUPERINTENDENT who can read plans, be at job sites as needed for inspections and to check on progress of each job, work with our clients and our Subcontractors. Knowledge of multiple trades ideal(Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing etc. is extremely helpful). Must be a team player.
We are looking for someone who is not afraid to get dirty on a jobsite, as well as compose a concise email and produce excel spreadsheets.
Knowledge of Florida Construction Code
Create Scopes and Estimates for General Contractor
Supervise residential and commercial construction projects
Complete and update project schedules
Respond to inquiries from customers, inspectors, building departments etc.
Understanding Contracts & Reading Blueprints
Knowledge of Word & Excel
Clean Driving Record
Truck and Basic Tools REQUIRED
