We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Web / Internet Customer Service agent.
This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service, responding to online inquiries, and guiding potential customers through the car buying process.
Responsibilities:
Online Customer Interaction:
Promptly respond to online inquiries (emails, chat, social media) in a professional and informative manner.
Qualify leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
Provide accurate and detailed information about vehicles, pricing, financing options, and dealership services.
Customer Follow-up:
Initiate follow-up calls and emails to maintain customer engagement.
Schedule appointments for sales personnel
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
