We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and team development, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
As our Restaurant Manager, you will support daily front-of-house operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and lead and motivate our staff. You will help oversee floor management, reservations, guest flow, and service standards, while actively support our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Manage daily floor operations to ensure efficient service and smooth guest experience
- Oversee and manage OpenTable reservations, guest seating, and table management
- Maintain and utilize SkyTab POS by Shift4, programming, menu updates, reporting, troubleshooting, training
- Monitor guest feedback, address service concerns promptly, and ensure high guest satisfaction
- Support hiring, scheduling, and onboarding processes
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and service standards
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control as needed
- Uphold company policies and foster a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with OpenTable
- POS experience - SkyTab by Shift4 preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain professionalism
- Guest-focused mindset with commitment to service excellence
- Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
