As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Events Manager to assist with booking private events - ensuring every group experience feels seamless and unforgettable.
Position Overview:
The Events Manager will oversee all aspects of event planning, coordination, and execution across both locations. This role requires creativity, organization, and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional events that align with our brand’s atmosphere and standards.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute private parties and corporate events
Work directly with clients to design customized event experiences, from menus to entertainment
Manage event bookings, contracts, and timelines for both locations
Coordinate with bar, kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth event execution
Maintain excellent relationships with vendors, clients, and partners
Ability to greet groups after hours and on weekends
Go out to the community and advertise hosting events with us
Represent the brand with professionalism and creativity at all times
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, or nightlife industries (preferred not required)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Fort Myers/Cape Coral event scene and local vendors preferred
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
