Burg’r Bar is looking for a sharp-eyed Expo (Food Expeditor) to keep our kitchen and servers moo-ving in sync. Think of it as the cowpoke at the gate—making sure every burger, slider, and fry basket looks right before it leaves the corral.
What you’ll actually do (no plate-running here):
Be the bridge between the kitchen and servers
Check every plate for accuracy and presentation before it hits the floor
Keep tickets organized so nothing gets lost in the stampede
Call out timing and help the line stay on track
Keep the pass neat and flowing smoothly
What makes you a fit for the herd:
You’ve got an eye for detail—no missing pickles or sad fries slip past you
You can handle the rush without losing your cool
You’re a strong communicator (translation: you can holler clearly over the kitchen noise)
Experience helps, but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude
