We are a small Private Duty Home Health Agency (NO MEDICARE) whose looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of supervisory experience to join our team as the Director of Nursing. The right candidate should have previous DON or ADON experience. The nurse selected for this role will oversee all aspects of care and services including:
Oversee clinical, quality assurance/performance improvement activities
Supervising CNA/HHA Staff
Interview, hire and orient employees to our company
This is an Office position Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. There will also be a rotating schedule for answering calls every other weekend.
