Responsibilities:
- Pack plants securely for shipping
- Process order paperwork accurately
- Assist in loading/unloading plants and boxes
- Aid in plant maintenance and deliveries as required
Skills and Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and meet packing standards
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida's climate
- Strong work ethics and punctuality, must show up on time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with plants or shipping/packing is a plus
Pay rate: $16-20/hour based on performance and experience. Paid training provided.

Top Tropicals Garden Center, 13890 Orange River Blvd, Ft Myers, FL 33905.
Walk-in from 8 am to 4 pm, Mon-Thu. Ask for Kristi (manager).
