Handyman abilities require maintenance of landscape, irrigation, woodworking, plumbing, electrical and general aesthetics of home and surrounding areas. This is a five-acre, two home estate that needs more care than the owner has time for.
The position is predominately hands on outside, so you must be in good health: Approximately 95% handyman/labor and 5% property management.Infrequent scheduling of contractors when and if needed.
