Property Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing recurring general maintenance contractors such as pest control, septic service, window cleaning, yard and pool maintenance, etc. Additionally, prospect must have the ability to seek out and hire new contractors where special skills/licensing is required.
Ability to use technology is necessary.
Handyman/Maintenance abilities require maintenance of, landscape, irrigation, exterior lighting, woodworking, plumbing, electrical and general aesthetics of home and surrounding ten acres.
The position is predominately hands on outside, so you must be in good health: Approximately 95% handyman/labor and 5% property management.You will not sit behind a desk.
