We need a person to mail about 70 prospecting letters per week to home buyers and sellers. This will require you to have a good printer at home, or come to my R.E. office on 5th Ave S in Naples to do it. We have the addresses and can show you how to find the names.
Each letter will take about 5 minutes on average to find the name, another 6 minutes to prepare and print the letter, (if you know how to mail merge on MS Word from Excel), seven minutes more on average to print, stuff and stamp the envelope ready for mailing, so this should take about 20 hours a week, which you can do anytime day or night.
We will pay $16 an hour, (approx. $1500 a month) but we will double that if these mailings are successful. That's $3000. Even better, if very successful after 4 months, we will pay you a 50% bonus. You can be part of a four person team that is crushing it
