Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction drives our success, and we are looking for an Administrative Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and help us continue to grow.

Position Overview:

The Administrative Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations by managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day errands, calls, and appointment scheduling to ensure smooth operations.

- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

- Handle document management, including contracts, records, and compliance-related paperwork.

- Coordinate maintenance and service orders for trucks and equipment.

- Maintain inventory levels and order tools and parts as needed.

- Support employee safety training and ensure compliance with legal requirements and OSHA regulations.

- Oversee social media management and advertisement efforts to promote our services.

- Prepare reports on operational performance metrics and assist with budget management.

- Facilitate quality control measures and ensure high standards in service delivery.

- Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field (preferred).

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
