Now hiring an experienced office manager for our very busy showroom. We are a Builder's Resource Center and an Interior Design firm that specializes in interior & exterior home improvement. Job responsibilities include managing client accounts, invoicing, receiving shipments, processing orders & payments, speaking with clients and reps, assisting the owner with client selections, organizing client installs with reps, vendors and installers, overseeing showroom operations, utilizing other employees for assisting and maintaining showroom cleanliness, and maintaining client communications.
Must be very organized, reliable, detailed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be experienced with Quickbooks, local to the SouthWest Florida area and have reliable transportation. Education level must be High School Diploma or GED.
Position is a 90-day probation period with pay starting at $25/hour with potential to increase with proven position handling.
