Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Oversee inventory management, including tracking, ordering, and maintaining supplies.
Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for financial management, including invoicing, payroll, and expense tracking.
Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and customer service.
Implement and improve office procedures and policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is a must.
Strong knowledge of inventory management practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
