Superior Builders Group Inc is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This position is mostly done in the office with the occasional need for a site visit so computer skills and a valid drivers license are a must.
We're seeking a positive, outgoing, and organized individual with a passion for construction and a knack for problem-solving.

The hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm ( being a few minutes early is strongly encouraged).
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the Project Managers
- Prepare and maintain project documents.
- Monitor project progress.
- Build project schedules.
- Prepare contracts.
- Coordinate subcontractors.
- Track project approvals.
- Assist in budget management.
Experience:
- Previous experience in construction project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
