Customer Service/Administrative Assistant

Hadinger Flooring of Naples is seeking an organized and friendly Administrative Assistant, with a knack for great phone communication. You’ll be making regular follow-up calls to customers, so a confident, caring phone presence is a must.

Key Responsibilities

- Check in with customers after their installation to ensure they’re satisfied.

- Work with project managers and flooring installers to schedule and coordinate repairs when needed—then follow through to make sure everything is completed on time.

- Various Administrative tasks—emails, phone calls, printing and filing documents, etc.

- Pitch in wherever needed—we’re a team, and everyone wears multiple hats here!

The ideal candidate will check all or most of these boxes:

- Looking to settle into a long-term position at a family-style company

- Is a true team player — there’s no “I” in Avengers

- Has 2+ recent consecutive years in an administrative or similar role

- Is friendly, attentive, and customer-focused

- Follows directions with accuracy (remember the number 27)

- Is highly organized with strong follow-up skills

- Can juggle multiple tasks like a pro

- Shows up every day with a positive, can-do attitude
