Currently seeking an experienced assistant that can do the administrative leg work for me. This includes doing research, learning various industries, contacting targeted companies and services. Setting up appointments for me to speak to particular individuals. I have been self employed for 90% of my adult life and held industry license in estate planning, financial services, real estate, digital commerce, life insurance and agriculture.
Currently, own cannabis licenses and business in Oregon and in FL started a business called “Projeft Claimed”. The business is mostly administrative in operations but I’m certain as the business grows so will the responsibilities.
Your primary function to start will consist mostly of doing online research, identifying snd scheduling a call for me with the targeted party. My cannabis business requires communication with the OLCC regulatory body time to time. Submitting application for licenses, connecting me with targeted producers, wholesellers, Handling license related matters and record keeping.
Project claimed will require mostly filing for certification, industry research and connecting me with appropriate parties.
Need someone motivated and self governing. I prefer not to babysit as have plenty to do myself: as long as the list gets done efficiently and correctly inhouse or remote is acceptable. I do insist that we meet once a month at the minimum.
Remote employment with primary communication is by text and email is preferred. My time is spent mostly in the field, seeking someone who can offer efficient support, a responsible, self motivated, administrativly fearless and is ambitious.
