Office Manager - small office

The Office Manager will handle day to day tasks in and throughout the office setting and complex. This customer facing individual will interact with vendors, customers, and internal resources to accomplish the companies mission. Excellent customer service skills, multi tasking, and good organizational skills are a must. 3 years experience as an Office Manager, or similar role, would be preferred. The Office Manager will work with common computer applications on a day to day basis. Experience in AutoTask, IT Glue, MS 365, and all MS Office applications is a big plus. Being prompt, and following through is a must. The ability to set up and follow through with sales plans on a retail level is a big plus too. The Office Manager will give feedback and add value to the companies process and procedures.
