Universal Contracting of Florida, is currently looking for an outstanding Production Assistant Manager in SWFL for our newest location in Fort Myers, FL.
The ideal candidate must have proven Administrative and Project Management experience in the construction/roofing industry.
In addition, knowledge and experience in the tasks listed below are required:
Construction/Roofing Scheduling
Permit Application and Process Experience
Production Schedule
Payroll
Schedule Inspections
Order Materials
Schedule Material Delivery
Crews Inventory Control
Assist with Crews Weekly payroll
Assist with Vehicle Fleet Management
The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not necessary
Ability to work 7:00am - 5:00pm M-F
Proficient in the use of Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Team Player
Must be Assertive
Availability to start immediately
