Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)
Client Bookkeeping on Quickbooks and Excel.
Prepare and process weekly payroll and payroll taxes.
Process Quarterly payroll tax returns.
Prepare financial reports.
Prepare bank deposits.
Prepare documents as needed.
Data entry and other accounting functions as assigned.
Computer Skills:
Must be proficient is Quickbooks, MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
Other Skills:
Must be detail oriented.
Able to communicate accurately and clearly orally and in writing.
