We are looking for a Retail Florist Associate to join our team in a dynamic flower shop environment. If you are passionate about flowers, enjoy helping other flower businesses, and have an eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do:
Manage inventory control and ensure flowers are fresh and well displayed.
Manage supply inventory (carrying boxes and going up ladders is a part of this)
Take and process customer orders with accuracy and a friendly attitude.
Provide on-site support at customer locations when needed.
Coordinate deliveries to ensure timely service.
Make outbound calls to connect with new customers and strengthen existing relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
Preferably 2+ years of experience in the flower industry or a similar retail environment.
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
Reliable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Lives in Naples or nearby areas.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday: 7:30 am – 11:00 am
