Account Executive Responsibilities
Be willing and able to reach out to potential customers and ask for an opportunity to give them a quote for office cleaning
Establishing a network of trusted relationships with local business owners
Help local business owners save money on their daily office cleaning
Set your own appointments and pitch our services
Use our proven sales methods to negotiate and close new deals
Follow up with self generated leads and sign them up for our services
Meet 10 - 20 new businesses daily
Following up with all prospects to finalize deals
Requirements
Able and willing to “go to business offices” and “ask for business”
Able to ask closing questions and close a deal.
Great time management, positive mindset, excellent communications, and integrity; we can teach you the rest!
Self-driven, upbeat, and outgoing
Remote work - from home (10%) and field sales work (90%)
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities
Preferred
Sales Experience (you must be willing and able to “knock on doors” and talk to potential customers or get yourself into an appointment by calling potential customers)
Great if you have extensive experience in sales
Customer Service background maybe helpful
