Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that combines technical skills with hands-on fulfillment operations? As a Tech-Fulfillment Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our process—managing inventory, configuring computers, and ensuring our clients receive top-notch products and service.
What You’ll Do:
Inventory Mastery:
Track and maintain accurate inventory records.
Inspect and organize incoming shipments of laptops and computer components.
Conduct routine audits and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Order Fulfillment Expertise:
Retrieve, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with precision.
Ensure all shipments meet accuracy and timeliness standards.
Tech Configuration:
Follow step-by-step guides to configure laptops and computers to customer specs.
Install operating systems and required software with ease.
Test functionality to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect and refurbish laptops to meet high-quality standards.
Perform checks to guarantee all outgoing products adhere to client expectations.
Communication
Have great written communication skills and timely communicate with everyone on the team and with our clients.
Stay Organized and Safe:
Document inventory movements, quality checks, and configuration activities thoroughly.
Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines in our warehouse.
What We’re Looking For:
A high school diploma or equivalent (bonus if you have tech certifications).
Experience in warehouse operations or computer configuration (a plus, not required).
Computer-savvy with an eye for detail.
Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work on your feet.
Reliable transportation and a clean background check.
