Technical Fulfillment Specialist
Location: Phase V Fulfillment, Fort Myers, FL
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Fulfillment is seeking a Computer Configuration and Shipping Specialist to manage
inventory, configure computers, and ensure accurate, timely shipments. Whether you have
experience in warehouse operations, computer configuration, or both, this is an excellent

What You’ll Do:
Inventory Management:
Track and maintain accurate inventory records.
Inspect and organize incoming shipments of laptops and computer components.
Conduct routine audits to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Order Fulfillment Expertise:
Retrieve, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with precision.
Ensure all shipments meet accuracy and timeliness standards.
Technical Configuration:
Follow step-by-step guides to configure laptops and computers to client specifications.
Install operating systems and required software.
Test functionality to ensure everything operates smoothly.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect and re-initialize laptops to meet high-quality standards.
Perform checks to guarantee all outgoing products meet client expectations.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain clear, timely communication with team members and clients.
Document inventory movements, quality checks, and configuration activities thoroughly.
Work well with the team and be able to communicate proactively with our clients
Stay Organized and Safe:
Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines in the warehouse environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with experience in computer configuration or warehouse operations
(preferred but not required).
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work on your feet.
Reliable transportation and a clean background check.
