Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and play a key role in managing the estimation and documentation of water, mold, and fire restoration projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently while communicating effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and our internal production team.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $80,000 annually
Company Vehicle: Take-home vehicle provided (fuel and maintenance covered)

Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates in Xactimate for residential and commercial losses
Conduct on-site inspections, moisture mapping, and scope development
Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters and clients
Review job files for accuracy, documentation, and profitability
Collaborate with field technicians and project managers to ensure smooth project execution
Stay current with IICRC S500/S520 and industry best practices
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in restoration estimating (water/mold/fire)
Proficiency with Xactimate and knowledge of insurance billing practices
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects
IICRC certification(s) preferred but not required
