We are expanding our team and are looking for a 100% commission based salesperson who has experience in remodeling/construction. We need someone with personality and integrity as we are growing existing roles within the team.
1 - We pay 4% of total overall sales (payable 50% at sale close and 50% at completion of project) with 6% of all change orders. (This year our company is on trend for over $4m which would equate to $160,000 in commission).
2 - You will have a combination of leads given to you as well as your own prospected/generated leads
3 - You will be responsible to input/manage leads through our existing CMS
4 - You will drive your own vehicle to and from estimates
The ideal candidate will be well presented and well spoken. We do not tolerate drug users and are looking for someone that is a great communicator and has a high drive and is presentable. If you have experience in sales, project management in either remodeling/construction please reach out!
