We are seeking a skilled Painter & Crew Leader to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety. The Painter will work in various environments, including industrial, residential, and commercial settings, and must be able to adapt to different project requirements.
Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or scraping as needed.
Apply paints, stains, and coatings using various techniques including airless paint spraying.
Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to achieve desired finishes.
Ensure proper handling of materials and maintain an organized workspace.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Follow safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and enhance productivity.
Must know to use Different Apps on the jobsite.
Assist in fabricating or machining components as required for specific projects.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques is highly desirable.
Ability to use hand tools and operate machinery safely
Experience with lean manufacturing practices is a plus.
Knowledge of materials handling procedures is beneficial.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
