Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Irrigation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repair for residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems and components.
Conduct regular system inspections to ensure optimal performance.
Adjust, program, and maintain irrigation controllers and timers.
Perform seasonal irrigation tasks, including start-ups, winterizations, and adjustments.
Identify and repair leaks, broken pipes, and faulty valves.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an irrigation technician (2+ years preferred).
Knowledge of irrigation system components, including valves, controllers, pumps, and sprinklers.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
