LEAD CARPENTERS Needed. HIGH-END commercial and residential projects. Experienced in ALL PHASES of high-end woodworking specifically (door, hardware, fabricating, installing cabinetry, fabricating, installing millwork, standing and running trim, framing, siding) and Extensive knowledge and experience in building trades. Must be able to work in fast pace environment, under pressure and deadlines. Travel/commuting may be required (South Florida). Additionally must have references of current and previous work.
DETAIL-ORIENTED. Professional and punctual. MUST HAVE tools, transportation, complete necessary job paperwork, document job progress as needed, take direction, and basic ability to read plans. Willingness to learn and advance. Necessary experience and skills to lead crew if required, be a team player and Have a great attitude!
