Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation, repair, and maintenance of overhead doors, entry doors, loading dock equipment, gates, and related hardware. This role requires the ability to work independently, troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site, and provide exceptional customer service. The Service Technician will also play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of installations, making this position essential to our commitment to excellence in the commercial building, home building, and home improvement industry.
Qualifications:
-Experience: Must have Service Technician and/or installation experience with windows and doors. Experience with residential installation of impact windows and doors is preferred.
-Technical Skills: Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment required for door and window installation and repair.
-Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision in all tasks.
-Customer Service: Maintains the highest level of customer service and a professional attitude, with exceptional in-home customer interaction skills.
-Physical Ability: Ability to carry and install heavy materials, such as door springs, and work at heights using ladders.
-Dependability: Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
-Bilingual:Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
