The ideal candidate is energetic, experienced and enjoys working outdoors in the Gainesville climate. They have a positive attitude and enjoy working on a team. They get along well with others and are looking for a long term position where they can grow and advance. They are comfortable with lawn maintenance equipment and able to present a professional appearance and demeanor to clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Valid FL driver's license IS REQUIRED
Previous maintenance experience preferred
Reliable and punctual
Team player willing to demonstrate initiative
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Positive, solutions-focused attitude

To qualify a candidate must be drug free and be able to pass a pre-employment background check. This is a permanent position with full time hours for the majority of the year, however we do work reduced hours in the winter season.
