Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
Pay Rate: $18/hr - PAID WEEKLY
Responsibilities:
Turning vacant units
Performing routine preventive maintenance
General plumbing: sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
Electrical work: replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge of proper safety protocols
Carpentry: patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting
Appliance assistance: installing washers, dryers, stoves (when applicable), garbage disposals, and performing small repairs
Requirements:
Strong experience in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and appliance installation/repair
