Oversee company data and compliance by maintaining accurate books, expense reports, as well as daily administrative entries and reconciliations. Perform daily accounting tasks such as financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. Assist with HR duties such as new hire documents, compliance, and insurance.
Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe, Quickbooks as well as the ability to adapt and learn new financial platforms as the need arises are a plus.
