Retirement Housing Foundation is seeking an experienced HUD-OCCUPANCY SPECIALIST (COS) FOR TOWERS OFJACKSONVILLE, A 194 UNIT INDEPENDENT SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY, IN THE SAN MARCO, JACKSONVILLE FL AREA, AS FOLLOWS:
. Associates Degree or 5+ years of related exprience in affordable housing and property management.
. Current Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS); Knowledge of Tax Credit / Blended Occupancy
. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and landlord tenant and Fair Housing Laws
. Verification of the certification/recertification for all resident files in conjunction with HUD/LIHTC compliance.
. Proficiency in calculations of income, adjustment income changes, interview review, etc.
. Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently and possess excellent written and oral
commununication skills and with experience that shows a high degree of interpersonal skills with residents
