Full-time position as a property manager for self storage facility in beautiful Ponte Vedra, Fl.
Excellent leasing abilities, collections, computer, banking, marketing experience.
Proficient in technology applications such as storEdge, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.
Must be energetic, self-motivated, able to multi-task, flexible to changes and updates.
Need to be friendly, helpful, professional on the phone ensuring all property amenities are provided to callers.
Also need to present a friendly, helpful, professional image to tenants and customers who come to the office.
Cleaning of vacated storage units, keep property free of trash/litter and other light maintenance as needed.
Must be able to lift 40-lbs or more assisted or unassisted.
Should have proven experience in Retirement Communities, Assisted Living Communities, Mobile Home Communities, Apartment Management, or Self Storage Management.
